F.L.A.G.S. CAMP

Leadership Camp

F.L.A.G.S. Camp is specially designed for 16-19-year-olds who desire to learn more leadership, ministry, and counseling skills.

The first week of this camp is a training period where campers will hear great messages and learn counseling techniques alongside our Summer staff members. During the second week of camp, leadership campers will have the opportunity to work in various areas of camp including kitchen, hospitality, and serving as an assistant counselor to one of our camp staff!

Camp Cost: $530

There is a $100 registration deposit required with each registration.

Pastor Ward Smith

Parker, CO

Pastor Ward Smith and his family have served in the ministry for countless years and in many different roles including Youth Pastor, Evangelist, and Assistant Pastor. In April, 2001, God called Ward’s family to plant a church in Parker, Colorado, which had its first service on September 16, 2001.

In 2016, the idea for a TMBC leadership camp was born and since its beginning, Pastor Ward Smith has continued to lead the F.L.A.G.S. program.

Evg. Jim Van Gelderen

Menomonee Falls, WI

Jim was born into a pastor’s home and lived both in Durango, CO and the Chicago area before going to college to study for the ministry. He began his ministry in South Carolina and moved to Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin in 2000, where he presently lives and bases his ministry. Jim and his wife, Rhonda, have three daughters.

He and his wife Rhonda were married in 1984 after graduate school and have been traveling ever since conducting The War.
